Is it permissible to mortgage a bared land? If no, how to make it permissible, noting that this kind of mortgage is the prevalent one in the market?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the mortgagor is the owner of the land and under his control, it is permissible to mortgage it with meeting all the conditions. Allah knows best.
