Some of the behaviors of some mutawallis (mosque administrators or guardians) have spread recently, and we want to know the sharia ruling for them according to the opinion and paternal advice of His Eminence: 1. Some Mutawallis of mosques make a fence to the pavement and include it to the mosque. 2. Some Mutawallis dismiss those who do not like them for worldly reasons like discussing and showing the weaknesses of the Mutawallis.
Answer
In the name of Allah, the Mutawalli must abide by the sharia rulings and choose the ruling in preference to his personal desires so as to preserve his religion and the worshipping places from being lost. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
