In the name of Allah, it is commonly known that it belongs to Al-Zahra (PBUH). Perhaps her words were in this sense and were later composed into verse by the lovers of Ahlulbait (PBUT), but it is generally attributed to her (PBUH), and these lines are not considered a full poem as recognized by literary scholars.
