After the prayer, which should be performed first, the Tasbih of Fatimah (PBUH) or the prayers upon the Prophet and his family?
Answer
In the name of Allah, the Tasbih of Fatimah (PBUH) should not be delayed beyond the movement of the one who is praying during the Tashahhud and Tasleem. This does not conflict with prioritizing the verse commanding prayers upon the Prophet and his family. Allah knows best.

It is well known that shaking hands after the prayer is not considered an after prayer commentary, so do shaking hands, paying attention and talking about worldly matters before offering Al-Zahra's (PBUH) glorification reduce the reward of glorification and degrade its virtue?
Answer
In the name of Allah, as for the handshake, it does not reduce the reward for Al-Zahra’s (PBUH) glorification. As for speaking of other than the recommended after prayer commentaries, it does reduce the reward for Al-Zahra’s (PBUH) glorification. Allah knows best.
