I use electronic hookah and the steam that comes from it is similar to the taste and aroma of fruits, but not quite the same. Is its ruling the same as the ruling of eating fruits while avoiding smelling them in Ihram?

In the name of Allah, it is not permissible for the person who is in Ihram state to smell any good scent. Allah knows best.

Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not permissible to use any perfume during Ihram, just as it is not permissible to smell. However, if he used the perfume before Ihram, then he should do ghusl and wash the perfume areas, provided that no smell remains in his body. Allah knows best.
