As for the way of washing, if there is much water before you, you can immerse your full body in it by throwing your body entirely in the water after the intention. In this way, the water must reach all your body at one time. As for other than immersion, after removing the impure spots from your body you wash your head and neck, then the right side and finally the left side of your boy. It is recommended to wash the neck when washing each side of your body and the water must reach to the entire body in each side. In case she is not of regular menstruation, if she can recognize it, she will go ahead, but if she could not recognize it as the blood comes out in one state, she can act on Istihadha ten days in a month and three days in another.
