Is there a source that permits of breaking blood relations?

In the name of Allah, there are sources such as the religious ones of the Prophet (PBUH&HF) and his followers and the polytheists. Quran has forbidden submitting to the blood relatives who are polytheists or disobedient because the holy verse prevents it, and therefore the righteous have angered the relatives and the foreigners in worshipping Allah. Yes, the need is an exception to this source. Allah is the All Guide and Knowing.
