What is the ruling on disciplinary beating in the following cases: 1. by the parents for their son for prayer? 2. by the parents for a boy who disobeys their orders? 3. by a man beating his wife in case of disobeying his orders or refraining from giving him his legal right in bed without excuse and repeatedly? 4. by the teacher to the student in case of tearing the Holy Quran or violation of its sanctity such as cursing it or insulting the Prophet and Ahlulbait (PBUH&HF) or mockery of religion and sanctities? 5. by the teacher to the student in the case that the student hits one of his classmates then the teacher (beating the aggressor student to penalize him) beating him for example, with a ruler on his hands or in a similar way with which the aggressor student uses to hit the other student? 6. by the teacher for the student in the case of giving the student's guardian a permit to the teacher to beat his son in case of violation of good behavior? 7. by the teacher to the student in order to deter him from the bad and unfair behavior, noting that beatings in all cases do not break a bone, scratch the flesh or have a scar?
