Is it permissible to serve food to those who are not fasting during the month of Ramadan in restaurants whether there is an excuse for breaking the fast or not?
Answer
In the name of Allah, yes it is permissible because the restaurant owner opens the restaurant to sell food on the non-fasting people. However, if this action is meant to help spread breaking the fast, then it is not permissible under the ruling of helping breaking the fast. Allah knows best.
