Regarding the first tashahhud in the Maghrib, Isha, Dhuhr, and Asr prayers, is it recommended to say: "By the power and strength of Allah, I stand, sit, bow, and prostrate," or is it recommended to say: "By the power and strength of Allah, I stand and sit" only, without adding "and bow and prostrate"?
