What is the ruling of mutilating with a dead person like beating him and taking a photo?
Answer
In the name of Allah, there is no objection to taking a photo. As for mutilation like cutting off his organs or kicking him, it is not permissible. Yes, the rulings of a Muslim do not apply to them because they are a quorum, so they are neither washed nor buried nor prayed upon. Allah knows best.
