Is it permissible for a Muslim to divide his inheritance before death and give to his relatives according to his way, not abiding by the rulings of inheritance?

In the name of Allah, it is permissible. However, it is discouraged in religion that there is reference of some heirs over others in terms of legal entitlement. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
