I work in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia. Is it permissible to go to Mecca for normal visitation without Ihram?

In the name of Allah, it is not permissible to enter Mecca without Ihram for a single Umrah in other than Hajj days and also in enjoyment Umrah. Allah knows best.

What is the ruling of taking the stones (jamarat) outside Mecca, like taking them to one's country?

In the name of Allah, the traveler is free to choose shortened or full prayer in both masjids only until they are widened. Allah knows best.
Is it permissible to prostrate on mats or carpets during Hajj?

In the name of Allah, it is not permissible if there is a possibility to prostrate on the ground. Yes, it is permissible only in the case of Taqyia. Allah knows best.
