Is it permissible to donate organs with the possibility of no harm, as if a person donated his kidney, then he would live with one kidney, and does the ruling differ as to whether the donor is close to the beneficiary as if he/she was his mother or so, and is it permissible to sell the organs as if someone wanted to sell one of his kidneys for a sum of money?
Answer
In the name of Allah, as long as a person is alive, he has the right to do what he wants of his organs that would not cause his death in case these organs are taken. He has the right to sell it, give it or rent it. Let it be known that the transplantation of an organ into a human body is then owned by that person. Allah knows best.
