Do the shrines of the sons of the Imams and the shrine of Hazrat Abbas and Lady Zainab (peace be upon them) take the title of the mosque such that it is forbidden for the person on the state of Janabat and menstruating woman to enter it?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not forbidden by Sharia for those mentioned to enter the shrines of other than the infallible Imams (PBUT) unless this entails a violation to those who are buried in the shrines. Then, one should avoid entering because of the secondary reason only.
