What is your opinion on publishing published books by private publishers in PDF format on the internet and social media platforms without the permission of the publisher, author, researcher, and translator, knowing that this action causes financial and moral harm to the mentioned publishing house?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not appropriate to do so without obtaining permission from the party responsible for publishing that book if they have indicated that the copyright is vested in that party. Allah knows best.
