Are the sons of Aqeel ibn Abi Talib counted as Sayed or only those who are descendants of the lady of the women of the worlds Zahra (PBUH), her husband Imam Ali and her two sons Imams Hassan and Hussein (the best prayers and peace be upon them)?

In the name of Allah, being a Sayed means one belongs to the Great Prophet (PBUH&HF), a matter which is concerned with the children of the Commander of the Faithful from his wife Fatima Al-Zahra (PBUH), and there are special rules in the right of the one who belongs to Hashim and this title applies to all who you have mentioned.
