If the father does not have money of his own to spend on those whom he should provide them with, is it permissible to give them from Khums?
Answer
In the name of Allah, he has to spend on them from his own money because it is his duty to support the one whom he provides, and not to extend his hand to the rights of Allah. So fear Allah and avoid the money of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HF) if you want their intercession. Allah knows best.
