If the poor who belong to people of Hashim- is given - a man or a woman – the share of Sayed, this share will become his/her property and may spend on anyone who wants to, can this matter be applied to the Sayed women whose husband is common – non Sayed- and entitled to spend it on whomever, like sons and others?
Answer
If Sayed is in need, a poor person, he has the right to spend on the permissible acts because Khums has become his property, provided that what Sayed (man or woman) has received is not spent in disobedience to Allah, and the Sayeds should be a follower of the twelve Imams. Allah knows best.
