Is it obligatory to spend the share of Imam Al-Zaman (may Allah hasten his reappearance) and the other share on the Husseini rituals or only on the orphans? Do I have to give money to a certain party or spend it on what I have mentioned?

In the name of Allah, if what you have mentioned depends on spending from the Imam’s share, the one who has something of the right of Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) may ask us for permission to authorize him to spend from the amount of Khums. If it does not depend on paying some of the rights of the imam (PBUH) on what you have said, it is obligatory to have the money from your own money. Then you should know that if the share of the imam (PBUH) is spent as what you mentioned, the reward will be for the imam (PBUH), not for you Shiites, because you have spent the money of the imam, and not your own money in reviving the Husseini rituals. Allah knows best.
