Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from visiting her family and relatives, where such visits would be considered maintaining ties, without any valid reason, or on the grounds that he is uncomfortable with their behaviour and actions?

In the name of Allah, the husband has the right to prevent his wife from visiting those he does not wish her to visit. Allah knows best.
