At night, a person who is supposed to fast has the intention of travelling and he kept on his intention even after dawn. Yet, after dawn, he faced a compelling circumstance which prevented him from travelling. What does he do in this case?
Answer
In the name of Allah, in such case he has to intend to offer fasting and finish it. Having the intention to travel does not permit the person to break his fast unless he travels and gets out of his home town and crosses the permitted distance before the noon. Allah knows best.
