If a person is obligated to observe a specific obligatory fast, such as a vow (nadhr), is it permissible for them to undertake a journey?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not permissible by choice. If someone does so, they are required to provide an penance (kaffarah) for delaying the fulfillment of the vow. Allah knows best.
