Does one in the state of normal or heavy Istihadha have to do the acts of Istihadha before recommended circulation (tawaf) or not? Can she enter the Holy Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram) without washing (ghusl)?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not permissible for her to do tawaf without doing the acts of istihadha required for the prayers, and there is no problem in entering the mosque. Allah knows best.
