A women has a vow, which is annually distributing fruits of an amount of 250000 Iraqi dinars to the visitors of Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (PBUH) on the soul of lady Ruqayah. Is it permissible to give this amount of money to one of the Husseini Maukibs instead of distributing fruits, and is it permissible to postpone it to the next year?
