One of the believers has made a vow that he would offer a slaughtered animal to Imam Hussein (PBUH), but he conditioned his vow that he would hold a meal inside the village in case he gets what he asked for. Then, he gave the slaughtered animal to a Mawkib of Imam Hussein (PBUH). Is there a problem in this?

In the name of Allah, if the Mawkib is in the place of the vow i.e. in the village, there is no problem.
