If someone denies the circumambulation of the women and did circumambulation with a different intention and if the circumambulation is obligatory on him and refused to do it, then, what is the rule concerning the marriage relation with his wife?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if he is a Shiite, he is forbidden to enjoy his wife, even by seeing her, but, if he is Sunni then it is not forbidden only if the latter does the farewell circumambulation. Allah knows best.
