What is the circumambulation of women and is it obligatory? And who is obligatory on?

In the name of Allah, it is a circling of seven rounds around the Ka'aba with two circumambulation ruqa'a (prostration). The circumambulation is performed in single Umra and Hajj. It is obligatory on men and women. Men are forbidden to women and vice versa even if they were married before or not. And the forbiddingness would be removed after circumambulation is performed with two ruqa'a. Allah knows best
