I have read that Zakat is not due on money, but on cattle and wheat…etc. my question is: if I changed all my properties on which Zakat could be due to money, what is the ruling or opinion of the Islamic school of thought towards Zakat?

In the name of Allah, you have escaped from Zakat in this way. Nevertheless, you have deprived yourself from a great reward and from helping the poor, widows and orphan Muslims, where money does not benefit you. Moreover, be advised that it is true that you have escaped from Zakat, but you cannot escape from Khums which is much more than Zakat in percentage. Allah is the All Guide and Knowing.
