Regarding Zakatul An’am (Animals Zakat), is zakat due on horses according to the school of thought of Ahlulbait (PBUH). If it is, what is its amount and what is the quorum?

In the name of Allah, according to me, it has not been proved that zakat is due on horses. Allah knows best.
