Hadith 6-7

حَدَّثَنا الحُسَيْنَ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ رَضِىَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا أَبي، عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى، وَإِبْراهيمَ بْنِ هاشِمٍ جَمِيعاً، عَنِ الحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ، عَنْ أَبي الجارُودِ، عَنْ أَبي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَنْ جابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصارِيٍّ قالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى فاطِمَةَ عَلَيْهَا السَّلاَمُ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْها لَوْحٌ فِيهِ أَسْماءُ الأَوْصِياءِ، فَعَدَدْتُ اثْنِي عَشَر، آخِرُهُمُ القائِمُ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، ثَلاثَةٌ مِنْهُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ، وَأَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْهُمْ عَلِيٌ‏ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلاَمُ.

Al-Husayn ibn Ahmad ibn Idris - may God be pleased with him - narrated that his father quoted on the authority of Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa and Ibrahim ibn Hashem, on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Mahboob, on the authority of Abil Jarood [4] , on the authority of Abi Ja’far (a.s.), on the authority of Jabir ibn Abdullah Al-Ansari, “I went to see (the Blessed Lady) Fatima (a.s.). There was a tablet in front of her in which there were the names of the Trustees. There were twelve names - the last one of which is the Riser. Three of them were Muhammad (a.s.) and four of them were Ali (a.s.).”
