When a woman is in janabat or her monthly period or in the state of nifas, her body comes in contact with different things e.g. the utensils, bed sheet and other items. Does it mean they are impure and she has to wash all of those things.

They are pure and washing them is not necessary. Unless they come in contact with blood, all of them are clean and should be treated as such.
