Hadith 31-144

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: مَن بَدَأَ بِالمِلحِ أَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ سَبْعِينَ داءً أَقَلَّهُ الجُذامُ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “God will remove seventy illnesses from whoever starts his meals with salt - the least of them is leprosy.”
