Hadith 31-152

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ عَنِ الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِىٍ‏عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قالَ: دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ عَلى عَلِىِّ َبنِ أَبى طالِبٍ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ وَهُوَمَحمُومٌ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكلِ الغُبَيراءِ.

According to the same documentation, on the authority of Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.), “God’s Prophet (S) went to see Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.) when he had a fever. The Prophet (S) ordered him to eat mountain-ash.” [43]
