Hadith 31-243

وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَنْ عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ: قالَ النَّبِيُ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: لا يُؤَدِّي عَنِّي إِلاّ عَلِيٌّ، وَلا يَقضِي عَداتِي إِلاّ عَلِيٌّ.

According to the same documentation, on the authority of Ali (a.s.), the Prophet (S) said, “Only Ali (a.s.) will pay back my debts and only Ali will fulfill my promises.”
