Hadith 31-25

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: لا تَزالُ اُمَّتِي بِخَيرٍ ما تَحَابُّوا وَتَهادَوا وَأَدَّوا الأَمانَةَ وَاجتَنَبوا الحَرامَ؛ وَوَقَّروا الضَّيفَ؛ وَأَقامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكاةَ؛ فَإِذا لَمْ يَفعَلوا ذلِكَ ابتُلوا بِالقَحطِ وَالسِّنِينَ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Good in my nation will never end for as long as the people are friendly with each other, give each other gifts, return what they are entrusted with, avoid what is forbidden, honor their guests, establish the prayers, and pay the alms-tax. If they do not do so then they will encounter famine and inflation.”
