Hadith 31-268

وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَنْ عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ: قالَ النَّبِيُ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: النَّاسُ مِن أَشجارٍ شَتّى‏ وَأَنَا وَأَنْتَ عَلِيِّ مِن شَجَرَةٍ واحِدةٍ.

According to the same documentation, on the authority of Ali (a.s.), the Prophet (S) said, “People are from different trees. You and I are from the same tree.”
