Hadith 31-284

وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَنْ عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ: قالَ النَّبِيُ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: أَبُو ذَرٍّ صِدِّيقُ هذِهِ الاُمَّةِ.

According to the same documentation on the authority of Ali (a.s.), the Prophet (S) said, “Abu Tharr is a friend of this nation.”
