Hadith 31-314

وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَن الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِى‏عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلاَمُ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ لِعَلِيِّ: بَشِّرَ لِشيعَتِكَ إِنِّي الشَّفيعُ لَهُم يَوْمَ القِيامَةِ، يَوْمَ لا يَنفَعُ إِلاّ شَفاعَتِي.

According to the same documentation on the authority of Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.), God’s Prophet (S) told Ali (a.s.), “Give your followers the glad tidings that I will intercede on their behalf on the Resurrection Day - the Day on which nothing will benefit them except for my intercession.”
