Hadith 31-59

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: ما كانَ وَما يَكُونُ إِلى‏ يَوْمِ القِيامَةِ مُؤْمِنٌ إلّا وَلَهُ جارٌّ يُؤذِيهِ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “There has never been and will not be any believer up until the Resurrection Day for whom there is no neighbor who will bother him.”
