Hadith 31-71

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: إِذا أَكَلتُمُ الثَرِيدَ فَكُلُوا مِن جَوانِبِهِ فَإِنَّ الذُّروَةَ فِيهَا البَرَكَةُ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Whenever you are having porridge eat from the side of the dish as there are blessings in the middle.”
