Hadith 31-79

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: سَيِّدُ طَعامِ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيا وَالآخِرَةِ اللَّحْمُ ثمَّ الازرُزُّ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “The best food in this world and the Hereafter is meat. The next best food is rice.”
