Hadith 31-82

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: كُلُوا العِنَبَ حَبَّةً حَبَّةً فَإِنَّهُ أَهنَأ وَأَمرَءُ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Eat grapes one by one, for it is more wholesome and easier."
