Hadith 31-98

وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: ما مِن شَي‏ءِ أَثقَلُ فِي المِيزانِ مِن حُسنِ الخُلقِ.

According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Nothing weighs more on the Scale than a good temper.”
