Does the presence of excess water or heavy sweat on the parts of wudu that must be washed affect the validity of the washing, or must it be dried first?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the water of washing reaches all the places that must be washed, the wudu is valid; otherwise, it is not. Allah knows best.
