My wife is pregnant and the fetus is 4 months old. The fetus has many abnormalities. Distortions in the brain, heart, bone marrow, and feet. The doctor believes that the fetus will die before birth. And my wife is in the United States where they check for deformation and she does not feel the movement of the fetus inside her. Is abortion permissible in this case?

In the name of Allah, Allah prohibits abortion in as the question and He is able to protect the child from the aforementioned disease. Allah knows best.
