In the name of Allah, Sheikh Altusi (may Allah be pleased with him) attains that there are certain narrations which include the third testimony that is represented by the statement “Aliun walyu Allah” within Athan and Iqama. Based on this, in addition to other evidence, we have issued the fatwa that the third testimony is recommended in the Athan and Iqama but without the intention that it is part of either of them.
