What is the ruling on wearing black clothing from two perspectives: 1.Wearing it during prayer or outside of prayer? 2.Wearing it for the tragedies of all Ahlulbait, including their descendants, or wearing it throughout the year so that it becomes like wearing white—would this be recommended or what is the ruling?

In the name of Allah, it is disliked to pray in black clothing, but the dislike is removed when black is worn out of grief for the Infallibles (PBUT). Allah knows best.
