If one is in the honored Mecca and the crescent was sighted there and one did his fasting, and during the month of Ramadan one returned to one’s homeland, does one have to fast the month of Ramadan according to one’s country or according to the honored Mecca, adding to the fact that one fasted what is according to one’s country 31 days?
Answer
In the name of Allah, your question is based on "multiple horizons" which is the opposite of the chosen one, and the correct one according to the well-known proofs is the unity of the horizon. If the crescent is sighted in a region of the earth, it is to be applied to the entire earth. So, what you have imagined will not occur. May Allah guide us to the right path. Allah knows best.
