Do we have to perform qadhaa fast for other than Ramadhan days, like a day vowed to be fasted and the like?

Answer

In the name of Allah, if you have not fasted that specific vowed day, you have to pay atonement, but you do not have to perform qadhaa fast. Nevertheless, if you fast and spoiled it by having an intercourse, you have to perform qadhaa fast and pay atonement. The atonement is either to free a slave, fast two consecutive days or feed sixty needy. Allah knows best.
